Alltonomous is a young workplace safety firm founded by an expert with extensive industry experience. Like many startups, they faced challenges with recognition and credibility early on. They approached us to design their website because they did not have a proper one in place.
During our discovery process, we identified a need for branding. After discussing this with the founders and getting their approval, we began our trusted brand design process, starting with an in-depth interview to understand their strengths, business, market, goals, and challenges.

Alltonomous had two main branding challenges:

After our research, we developed a branding strategy that aligned with the founders’ vision and set Alltonomous apart from the competition. We created and presented three moodboards, with one focused on blending a human touch with a subtle tech style for areas like specs and product features.
Once the moodboard was finalized, we moved on to branding, designing two concepts based on the chosen direction.
Right at the intersection.
The chosen direction, "Network of Safety," was inspired by Alltonomous’ ability to connect client assets, ensure safety and efficiency, and deliver actionable data insights. We captured this in a graphic: a wave made of asset lines, with some highlighted in the brand’s orange. The wave symbolizes Alltonomous' human, organic side.
The team appreciated how each design element reflected thoughtful consideration, recognizing the value of true design practices.

Design shouldn’t interfere in business goals - it should support them
After completing the branding, we began building the website, but there was a challenge: they needed it quickly for client meetings. With a tight deadline, creating a full site wasn’t feasible.
Our solution was to launch an interim site with the content available, meeting the deadline while we designed the final version. Once that was live, we worked on and delivered the final website.

Next, we moved on to designing their web and mobile software. The founder wanted it to be beautiful, cheerful, and user-friendly. The prototype impressed potential clients, who said it looked easy to use and brought excitement to the software.

Marketing efforts
After the software, the team needed to market and sell their products and services. We helped them with various marketing material like:

Alltonomous’ branding immediately gained credibility. At an event, attendees told the founder that the professional branding made the company seem much larger and more established, accurately reflecting the team’s experience.
The website, brochures, and other materials impressed partners, with one meeting generating excitement over how well the brochures were done.
We helped bring the founder’s vision for their software to life, creating a cheerful, user-friendly design. Potential clients responded enthusiastically to the prototype, validating our approach. The brand was positioned to highlight their young, nimble approach while showcasing their deep expertise.
